We had the pleasure of trying the new menu at The Alchemist Lounge, and it’s safe to say that Chef Joe has completely elevated the experience. You can immediately tell that you’re experiencing the work of someone who has spent years mastering his craft.

Chef Joe didn’t just add a few new dishes — he designed an entirely new menu from the ground up, and the creativity, attention to detail, and execution really shine through. We tried several different dishes, and every single one felt thoughtfully created and beautifully executed. There was a clear balance of flavor, texture, presentation, and creativity in everything we tasted.

What impressed me most is that the food doesn’t feel like it’s trying too hard to be fancy. It’s simply really, really good food made by someone who understands his craft. Every bite felt intentional, and you can taste the experience behind it.

And the experience didn’t stop with the food. We also had some fantastic cocktails that paired perfectly with the atmosphere and the meal. Everything came together to make the entire night feel like a genuinely memorable dining experience.

It’s honestly refreshing to see a chef bring this level of passion and expertise to a restaurant. Chef Joe has something special here, and if this new menu is any indication of what’s to come, The Alchemist Lounge is going to be a serious destination for food lovers. Chef Joe himself even came out to check on us multiple times!

Do yourself a favor and come hungry — order a few different things, grab a great cocktail, and experience the menu for yourself. Chef Joe absolutely knocked this one out of the park. Thanks for a 10/10 experience Chef Joe! We’ll definitely be coming back.

Such a great experience at The Alchemist! Not only was it such a beautiful atmosphere, the food was great and the staff is attentive and friendly. Chef Joe was so nice and his new food menu was amazing. We tried almost everything and genuinely didn’t have a single bad thing. I don’t even like fish and LOVED the tuna tartare, and the shrimp tacos. Even just the bread with oil and olives and the chicken tenders and fries were amazing!

The drinks were just as good — I had the peach basil cocktail and it was made perfectly. We ended with the boozy ice cream that Chef Joe makes in-house and loved that too. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

This place gives off a relaxed and elevated atmosphere. The quiet ambiance made it feel private. I appreciated the variety of finger foods, but the upscale options also provided a great pairing with cocktails. I personally enjoyed the charcuterie board and the shrimp cocktail. It was cool that the bartender and the new chef came out and they were very personable, but not in a way that was hovering or annoying.
